(1) Rent is due on the 1st of the month.

(2) Late fees: 

$1 each day rent is late plus a $15 overlock fee up to $30.

(3) Please notify Valley Best Storage immediately of any changes to your address, phone number, or plans of moving out.

(4) Your unit must be properly secured at all times. Valley Best Storage is not responsible for your unit. Insurance is not provided by Valley Best Storage

(5) We do not allow the storage of the following:

grease, oil, gasoline, anti-freeze, flammable liquids, fireworks, explosives, toxic/ poisonous/ hazardous material, or waste.

(6) Please take proper measures to protect your units floors, walls, ceiling, and front door from damage.

(7) Please follow posted rules when entering the facility.

(8) You must give a (Written/Verbal) notice of moving out by the 15th of the month or deposit will NOT be returned.

Entering the following month means owing a full months rent!
